PCA Sales

PCA Sales position for Central Valley company with expansion position.  This is an agronomic sales position marketing crop protection, crop nutrition products, and seeds to area producers. 

A CA PCA license or PCA eligibility is required, and it is desirable that the candidate have some background and/or training in agronomy and plant nutrition management.   Some level of experience working with, advising to, or selling to growers is also desirable, however on site training is provided for entry level applicants.  Desired selling approach is a high customer relations personality, aggressive yet patient and value based selling style.  The successful applicant will be able to identify problems, create solutions and articulate a proper prescription to the customer.  Seasonal demands require the individual to be very organized and be able to work through short periods of hectic activity.  This is a stable and successful business that desires a long term employment with its employees.
