Sales Representative – Central Valley / Northern CA
Skills/Experience Required
· Must be able to communicate with large groups of people.
· Must be able to communicate telephonically.
· Must be able to drive an automobile.
· Must be able to routinely negotiate price and terms of transactions.
· Must be able to develop strong relationships with customers and internal staff.
· Must have the ability and track-record to sell value over price.
· Must be able to readily solve customer complaints.
· Must have fundamental command of all products and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customer.
· Must be able to analyze territory market potential & prioritize call patterns accordingly.

Education/Training Required
· 2-4 years in an outside sales position (industry related fields is preferable).
· B.A. or B.S. degree required.
· Field sales training--In field training.
· Computer training.
Job Description
· Sell & promote a wide range of packaging material and associated products.
· Educate and inform customers and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use.
· Direct product evaluations.
· Keep manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis.
· Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
· Must be able to develop and grow a NEW territory, via cold calls.
· Must exhibit a base understanding of computers for best utilization of current software system.
