Design Engineering Manager – Iowa

We have an outstanding opportunity now available in Iowa for a Manager of Design Engineering. The purpose of the position will be to provide leadership and direction to the engineering and research and development teams on projects and assignments. This key position will also support and enhance company product performance, durability, reliability, quality and serviceability.

Requirements for the position are:

·         BS in Ag or Mechanical Engineering

·         6+ years of diversified technical, project management, and general management experience in the agricultural or construction-heavy equipment industry

·         Licensed professional engineer that has supervised staff of 15+

·         Determine appropriate engineering solutions for projects

·         Prepare capital expenditure requests and weekly senior staff reports

·         Must fit small company culture
