Field Service Mechanic Job

Established Equipment Company has a great opportunity for a Field Service individual that has excellent customer service abilities. This person will service established customers as well as developing new ones. They may also call on large farmers within their territory selling chemical/fertilizer application parts, supplies and related equipment.

Key Qualifications

The qualified field service mechanic will possess strong mechanical, communication, time management, problem solving, and sales closing abilities. Technical competency with hydraulics, electronics and electrical systems is required. Experience with fertilizer and chemical application equipment, GPS, VRT, and related technology is preferred. This position will require mostly day travel. However, qualified applicants must be willing to travel over night if necessary. Additional duties will include equipment demonstration and set up as well as tradeshow representation.
